The Seven Keys To Online Wealth - Weaponry
To win any great war, you need weapons. And building a serious income online is a war. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. If you haven't yet read "The Art Of War" by Sun Tzu, drop everything and go get it. You are operating with both hands tied behind your back without it. Some of the modern weapons you will need in your quest:
Computer Get a big one. Not some lame hand-me-down. Memory, processor speed, size of monitor, disk drives including externals: all critical to how successful you are.
Mobile A PDA, flash drives (for sneaker-net access), and a good notebook are super valuable weapons to have if you spend any amount of time on the road.
Software You'll need many and varied pieces of two kinds of software: desktop-based and server software. The bigger your collection of software tools (and the more skilled you are at deploying them), the quicker will be your rise. Internet Connection Dialup just doesn't cut it anymore. If you are unable to secure cable or DSL in your area, MOVE! You'll compromise your chances of success if you don't. Once you arrive at a basic broadband level, there are more subtle advantages among the services that can be the difference between so-so success and really tearing it up.
