There's a dirty little secret in all wealth creation. sssshhh! You might jinx it. Your level of earnings has almost NOTHING to do with your wealth accumulation. It's what you do with it that counts. A major Harvard study just concluded that over 85% of all wealth was due to how capital is deployed, and not how it's earned (and not how much). Chance events, windfalls, inheritances: all pretty meaningless. What does this have to do with success? Everything! If you don't develop the Viking lifestyle, and learn to be relentless in the collection and geometrically-progressive deployment of your earnings, you are just so much fodder for the competition. Becoming a mercenary at building wealth means forgoing that $600 per month car lease. Less $100 nights on the town. Buying used. RENTING things instead of buying at all. Protecting your capital, so it begins to earn you more capital while you are asleep, or away. You only have one shot at this. Life is NOT A CHECK HIKE!
