Are you messing with the IRS?
If you do, you're probably headed for a business meltdown. Why should you remain "legitimate" as far as the IRS goes? 1. It's the right thing to do. What other corners are you going to cut? What unsavory deals are you headed for, once you start playing around with your taxes? 2. It's way less stressful. Having your taxes caught up and all your paperwork in order lets you sleep like a baby at night, knowing you could waltz through any audit they throw at you. This could add many years to your life. 3. Set an example. Are you a business leader? Do you want your family and your community to mimick what you do? Then, step up and do the right thing. It will pay off in the long run. 4. The long haul. Playing by the rules, following a professional's advice and setting up a retirement plan, while keeping the legal wolves away is an important part of your long-term business and personal financial strategy. |
